Peach and Cranberry Salsa requires least cooking. All you need is the right amount of the ingredients – cranberries, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime zest and juice, ginger, salt, pepper, sugar and pickled peaches. Mix all of them and stir for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Chill the salsa before serving.

Roast a butternut squash to prepare Butternut Squash and Sausage. Add onion and celery to the sausage and toss them in a heated skillet. Sprinkle sage, parsley, salt and pepper and combine it with the roasted squash.
